Dude, you gotta yield to him and all oncoming traffic anyways if you're turning left. It doesn't make the biggest difference in the world if he didn't signal.. I know it's frustrating but seriously.
That's not the point. As I said, it was the fact that he didn't use his signal that frustrated me. It is common courtesy AND the law.
