To "Award" a driver, is to say thanks to a driver for showing courtesy and thoughtfulness.

To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

I was on the highway going the speed limit, and out of nowhere, this blue 4x4 is riding my tail. I maintain my speed limit, as some people don't want to get speeding tickets and want to lower their car insurance. This guy gets in the other lane, cuts in front of me, and actually slows down to about 30-40mph in front of me DURING RUSH HOUR. Let me repeat: DURING RUSH HOUR! There was nearly a three car pile up right behind me because of this jerkoff. I ended up getting his plate and called the cops on him. This guy seriously needs help if this is how he responds to people obeying traffic laws.
