To "Award" a driver, is to say thanks to a driver for showing courtesy and thoughtfulness.

To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

Common sense!

 Yesterday morning around 7:45 an idiot driving a maroon/burgundy Dodge Stratus (I wish I had gotten his license plate #) decides to cut out in front of me on Paris Bridge Rd. I guess he couldn't wait for 1 more car (being me) to pass before coming out. The speed limit is 50 and he continues to crawl at 20. Needless to say I am on his tail hoping he'll get the hint to speed up, esp since he was in such a hurry to cut in front of me. This moron then decided to start hitting his brakes. What the hell?? Please people if you are in such a hurry that you have to cut in front of someone at least press the friggin gas pedal!! It's not that hard. Oh nevermind, this is SC. People here have NO clue how to drive.
