While driving home from FL to NJ my wife and I observed this real butt head driving a white car with MD plates on it make numerous lane changes(no signals ), cut people off, pass on the right, and tailgate ( less than ONE car length) while going 75+mph. I was unable to get this butt head's plate number........ however it was some kind of a fleet car ( gov't ?) with the number 1599 in 3 inch characters on the left side of the rear bumper. His reckless driving continued through all of SC and most of NC. We got rid of this NASCAR wannabe when we stopped for food and fuel. I hope his boss reads this and FIRES his pathetic butt.                                dafuzzmeister NJ
