I watched this girl driving east on the 10 and 60 freeways in the afternoon on July 3rd.  She drives dangerously fast, tailgates other cars, and makes lane changes for no apparent reason.  She continually (over and over again) changed in and out of the left most lane neither to pass a car nor to let a car pass her.

Finally, she hit traffic around the 605 freeway and I was stopped behind her in the left most lane.  Then, she proceeded to throw a finished McDonald's apple pie (I think?) box out the window and onto the freeway.

This girl unnecessarily places other drivers in hazardous positions, has little to no clue on how to drive, and, worst of all, litters our freeways!  Absolutely nasty.
