Here in Colorado we have a usefull solution for bad drivers. The Colorado State Patroll has a simple three digit phone number you can dial to report a drunk driver or someone demonstrating road rage. If the driver gets 3 reports they receive a letter. If they get a 4th they get a visit from a Patrollman. Cricket cell service refuses to recognize this number. I cannot understand how a telephone company could justify this. My Cricket phone is my only phone. I guess it is my own fault because I cannot afford a more expensive service. :)
