To "Award" a driver, is to say thanks to a driver for showing courtesy and thoughtfulness.

To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

okay to hit a car and not stop????

 4/4/2007 - 48th street/McDowell.

License plate 831TJX

this stupid bitch pulls into our parking lot to turn around, backs into my car.  Does not stop to check to see what damage she created.  This was observed by an employee outside on smoke break.  I called the phoenix police department, gave them the license plate number and told them the situation, they asked me why i was calling them!  Evidently if the damage is not a huge amount they are not interested.  And i guess its okay to back into someones car and just leave.    So i would like to thank the stupid clueless bitch  for hitting my car and the wonderful response i received from the phoenix police department.

  I hate to say it, but I have been lectured by the Phoenix Police department officers so many times that I am wasting their time calling them to report crimes they can do nothing about to not think that all they care about is the hookers on 15th avenue.
