To "Award" a driver, is to say thanks to a driver for showing courtesy and thoughtfulness.

To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

ICE ON VEHICLES

 I would like to thank the man in the Blue Jeep Cherokee that was going up Route 93 in NH at 4:30pm on Jan 19th for not clearing off the ice from his roof.  Did it ever occur to you that when you drive 70+ MPH and the sun was out to thraw that ice, that it might start coming off in chunk and hitting cars driving on the highway?  Well, it did and that is why there is a law in NH all about that.

 I once lost a windshield when a sheet of ice came off the top of a truck and went through my windshield.

There needs to be strict enforcement of this problem.  NH Passed the law after someone died a few years ago, but drivers are too lazy to remove the snow from the roof (and sometimes the windows and trunk) of their car, and the police are too lazy to agressively enforce this law.

If your windshield is damaged by flying ice get the plate number and call the police to report it.  They can be held liable.
