Details

I'm a 21yr old female on a motorcycle.

I was sitting at a stop light on Van Ness (very busy street), and there was a car in the left turn lane, who suddenly decided to go, while it was still red. He made it halfway into the intersection, before cars who had the green honked and swerved and he backed up back into place. I looked back at him, he was on his cell phone, surprisingly, and I shook my head.

Light turned green, made it one block before the next red light, where the guy pulled up behind me, got out of his car and came over to me and said something provoking (cant remember specifically). He was staring at me, waiting for me to respond, his face literally as close as it could get to mine without touching my helmet (3-4 in). I said, flabbergasted, "what are you doing?" He then spit in my face (or tried, at least, I didn't feel anything, and my face was already wet from the rain) and said "I eat assholes like you for lunch!" To which I responded "Are you aware I'm female?" He immediately backed off, laughed, said "you sure talk like a boy" and went back to his car. Another car next to me read me his plate and we repeated it back and forth (I couldnt see it from my position) so I'd remember it and I chanted it to myself the rest of the way home.

You should tell the cops..this is grounds for filing an assault report. If someone spits on you or even your car or hits your car with his or her hand it is called assault in some states. Check into it please. I wouldn't want him to do that to someone else later on.

A poor guy who can not admit his serious mistake. He could have murdered somebody or could have suicided. Also you could have been shot.

Sheesh. Glad it didn't escalate into something worse. What a Looney.

You should have poked him in the eye or back hand his throat when he came up to you. He left his vehicle and apprached you. That would have gave me grounds to defend myself. Thats just my thought. We should hook up at open door jujitsu in Oakland so you can learn how.
