Female driver texting continuously for MILES while driving southbound on highway 521 this afternoon. She had two children in the back seat and her eyes barely looked up at the road! We were driving alongside her for at least 12 minutes and she never once stopped texting and messing with her phone. What a jerk. Her kids deserve better.
