on the phone & distracted in left lane getting onto Fort Pitt bridge outbound, 3pm. Beeped my horn to wake him up-then he was pissed and full of rage...I passed him on far right lane after exiting tunnel; he had to speed up behind me & tailgate. Guess he doesn't like getting caught being distracted.
