November 20, 2015 13:05 Driving north on Rt 695 in heavy traffic. Quite simply the driver of the old beat-up pickup was routinely tailgating while weaving in-and-out of traffic. The Pickup looked in such poor shape it could hardly make a quick stop if it had to; hence a serious issue that other drivers and law enforcement should be very concerned about.
