Nincompoop swerved into right lane of WB-94 with no signal. I flashed brights, moron stopped on freeway then slowed to 50 something miles an hour before jerking car onto exit 204 in erratic manner, at last minute. Flipped me off but couldn't be bothered to use a signal for any maneuver. Retake driver's ed, you idiot.
