October 17, 2015 Approximately 8:40 AM Driving north on the Illinois Toll Road north of the Hinsdale Oasis. The female driver tailgating within a car length while others were exceeding the posted speed limit and lanes were open to the left and right. This driver with an "Elhart Car Rental" sticker in the rear window is a danger to civilized drivers and should be immediately removed from ever driving again.
