Monday October 12 2015 6:20pm North Hills Area, Thompson Run Road in Ross Older middle aged woman driving a metallic Blue Corolla with vanity plate and Miami dolphins license plate holder This older woman Raged and yelled obscenities from inside her vehicle at vehicles and other drivers allowing right of way to turning vehicles. This woman pulled into Monte Cello's on Babcock Boulevard less than 1/4 mile away. Hmm...maybe in a hurry to eat?
