September 17, 2015 09:54 Heading east on Rt 30 towards Rt45 Driver was driving well in excess of the posted 45 & 40 speed limit while rapidly shifting from left to right and right to left. During each shift they proceeded to tailgate until the narrowest of margins yielded another opportunity to force the other drivers to hit their brakes. One more driver who should loose the driver's license but also their vehicle.
