September 1, 2015 11:31 AM Driving west on Rt 30 west of Rt 45 the driver jutted in front of the vehicle in front of me in the left lane narrowly missing the vehicle in front of me. After pulling the dangerous move the driver proceeded to drive at a speed far in excess of the posted speed. Beware whenever and wherever they are!
