June 14, 2015 10:56 AM Driving north on rt 83 past 63rd the drive came out-of-known speeding while I was doing the speed of traffic in the right-lane. He immediately started tailgating while there was openings in the passing lane as well as the exit lane on the right. His actions were without provocation while he continued harassing with his aggression until he immediately exited on 55th street. Others -- Beware when you notice this driver and car!
