Idiot was driving on ramp to NB 275 from I96 west in WORK ZONE. Idiot decided at last second to jump over to SB ramp in WORK ZONE. Idiot drove on shoulder, sped up, just missed hitting my car in cutting in front and drove South on I-275 in WORK ZONE. Called police and gave them idiot's information. Please stop driving, dumbshit.
