Adult male with glasses driving white Pontiac on MN-280. There are many who merge poorly in Minnesota, but this driver deserves special mention. He pulled onto the freeway at too slow a speed right in front of a semi-truck, the driver of which had to lock up brakes to avoid a collision. It's the job of the merger to find the right speed and place to blend into the freeway traffic, not the other way around. This is especially true when large trucks are involved since they can't change their speeds as easily as a car.
