As I driving down Scott Mill Road, this big old red P/U just kind of pulls out in front of me and pokes at 25 MPH in a 30 MPH zone. As I put on my directional signal (something that he does not use) he just stops right in front of me. When I go around him-he hits the bright lights and rides my ass for a block at 8:15PM laying non stop on his horn. Big truck-Small penis?
