This genius dicking with a cellphone dove over to the right at the last second to catch the exit to continue route 7 east off the Bypass, after holding up traffic in the left lane for Lord-only-knows-how-long. Hey, STUPID! MOVE THE FUCK OVER AND LET TRAFFIC PASS. Left lane=PASSING lane, right lane=cruising lane. Got it? STAY RIGHT WHEN NOT PASSING, DUMBASS.
