Driver was zipping in and out of traffic, going way too fast on local lanes of WB I96 in a work zone around M39. Cut me off and almost crashed into my car in doing so, then proceeded to cut others off as he sped off. Sorry, jackass, but the laws apply to you, too. It's reduced speed on local lanes and watch where you're going at any time. Were you drunk or just dumb?
