Title Reckless Aggression
Plate North Carolina IDRVFAST
Received Thursday, October 19, 2006
Vehicle Silver MERCEDES BENZ  AMG Coupe
Location Raleigh  (North Carolina)
Incident Bald man in a very expensive and very fast AMG coupe. All of which would be fine except for his extremely aggressive driving style. I've seen him multiple times during my commute. He runs at speeds far greater than conditions and traffic allow for safely, cuts in and out leaving zero room for error. Very dangerous. This man needs his license revoked.

Big jerk!

Tuesday, November 21, 2006

This guy must be a real asshole! Prob spends more time in the gym b/c he has no one to hang out with and thats why he is so high on himself...Get over your car buddy! And most importantly...GET OVER YOURSELF AND GET A LIFE!

Tuesday, November 21, 2006

Must spend every dime on that car!

Tuesday, November 21, 2006

Ran into him twice in the past year and a half. He's cut me off twice on two separate incidences. We must have the same commute.
Incident #1: 147 South from Durham to Raleigh on the entrance ramp from 147S to 40E cuts down to one lane. Everyone is over in the left hand lane (in construction) to merge and this meathead rides the right hand lane til it runs out and then rides the shoulder b/c he can't get in and has the balls to flip off the old lady in front of me because she won't let him over. She was at a dead stop!
Incident #2: 40 exit to Wade Ave right after the light at Whole Foods. He just simply couldn't go fast enough and weaved in and out of traffic cutting me off three times. Almost causing me to wreck twice, Yeah I flipped him off but I couldn't see because of the glare off of his big bald ugly head.
Wise up before you kill somebody buddy!

what can the police do about it?

Tuesday, November 21, 2006

Looks like he might be from Philadelphia.

His name is Christopher XXXX, goes by the nickname Chris. XXXXX, XXXXXXXX, NC 27560, XXX-XXX-XXX. Works for XXXXXX as a Senior Inside Sales Rep for North American Sales. You could call the number for XXXXXXX, and ask to speak with the President & CEO, William J. (Bill) Amelio; tell him what a jerk Chris is, and that you'll never buy a computer from jerks & assholes. Or, the next time he tries to cut you off, you could clip the rear quarter panel, and if you hit him just right, you could spin him into the wall!

Wednesday, November 22, 2006

If you hit him in the rear quarter panel and spin him out then you are just as much an ass hole as he is. You could kill some one. just remember what goes a round comes around. The cops will get him sooner or later.

It is so completely ridiculous that someone actually looked up his PERSONAL information and posted it on here! STALKERS!!!

At least he warned you about his speeding with his license plate. GET OVER IT! He'll get caught by the police, that's what they do.

I know this guy and he is an arogant asshole. However I also know he is a fucking maniac psycho who trained to fight under the Gracie School of Jujitsu. I would definetntly not mess with him face to face. The pen would be mightier than the sword me thinks! Catch him in the act with a video camera.

Just get a small cam and put it on your dash and record it and send to police. I do it and the cops love it. It really helps them out because they have it on tape not just word of mouth.

From the WSJ: Chris Roth's driving skills have been roundly criticized online by self-anointed traffic monitors. "This man needs his license revoked," wrote one poster, who accused Mr. Roth of cutting in and out. Another charged him with driving on a shoulder and having the audacity to "flip off" an old lady who wouldn't let him cut in. Mr. Roth found the critiques when an anonymous writer added a comment to his MySpace profile in late November directing him to PlateWire, one of the handful of new sites devoted to bad driving. There, a user had posted Mr. Roth's license-plate information -- his vanity plate reads "IDRVFAST" -- and complained about his reckless driving style. Subsequent posters found and listed his full name, cellphone number and link to his MySpace page, as well as comments like "big jerk" and "meathead." (He has no idea how they found his information.) "There is no accountability. You can just go online and say whatever you want whether it's factual or not," says the 37-year-old Mr. Roth, of Raleigh, N.C., who works in technology sales. He admits he is an impatient driver and speeds, but he has no plans to change his driving style based on posts by anonymous commentators. "Who are they to decide what is safe or not?" he says.

I saw him driving down I-40 yesterday with a woman's face planted firmly in his crotch. I drive a large truck so I could easily see into the passenger cabin. The woman appeared topless. She had a nice figure so I hovered next to hm to finish watching the show. When she was done doing her thing, she rolled down the window and spat out her gift from Mr. Roth. SHe was a hottie. Kudos to you Mr. Roth.

Roth stated in response to criticism about his driving habits that he has no plans to change, and questions other’s right to criticize his driving. When a person speeds, follows too closely, cuts in front of others and drives on the shoulders of a road to pass someone, he is not driving safely and lawfully. It is as simple as that. When he flips other drivers who are trying to drive safely, he is being a bad-mannered jerk. Other drivers who share the road with Mr. Roth have a right to be concerned when he threatens their safety. When several different people independently express their concern about his driving, you can conclude that Roth’s driving habits are a real problem. Is anyone’s time so limited and their importance so significant that they should be privileged to drive recklessly to achieve their aims? Instead of discounting criticism and stubbornly persisting in bad driving habits, Mr. Roth should resolve in 2007 to follow safe driving practices and be courteous and considerate of others.

A couple of points: 1. His car, per the shot in the WSJ, is mot an AMG model. It's a CLK 430; the AMG would be a CLK 55. So, if it has AMG badging, he's a bad driver and a fraud. It's also, based on the styling, before at least 1998. It's roughly a $20,000 car, which makes me suspect Mr. Anger Issues is not much of a "technology salesman." 2. Anyone with an IQ higher than their hat size would realize that the way to truly drive fast is not to be noticed by either other drivers or cops. Both ultimately slow you down, either with other drivers causing you trouble (e.g. slowing down if you tailgate), or getting stopped by cops. The vanity plate "IDRVFAST" is the antithesis of any effective or safe high-speed strategy. So is the old Mercedes with the fake AMG badges. Ditto for his willingness to discuss his whole faux-badass profile with the Journal...and pose for photographs looking like a pissed-off Mr. Clean in a union suit. So, we have a guy who doesn't actually care that much about driving fast for the sake of getting somewhere quickly, but cares about those around him noticing him and THINKING he's a wicked fast driver. This is basically the definition of a psychopath; his goals revolve around incurring the revulsion of those around him. And, this comment from a guy supposedly in the tech industry is both priceless and unbelievable: "You can just go online and say whatever you want whether it's factual or not." Exactly, jackass. That's exactly what the Internet is all about. :)
