I was driving from farmingtion to dixfield me on rute 2,, This a hole refused to let me pass him multiple times but speeding up in a passing zone and slowing down in a non-passing zone,, he was driving a silver or gray ford f series pick up i did not get his plate # because he was driving like an ahole it also had a k40 cb antenna on the top right of the cab

http://www.mainelegislature.org/legis/statutes/29-a/title29-asec2070.html this is illegal pretty much everywhere. the operator of passed vehicle: A. Shall give way to the right in favor of the passing vehicle upon audible signal; and B. May not increase speed until completely overtaken by the passing vehicle.
