BLACK JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE MASS REG 27JK81 Rt 3 north near the Braintree Split. Swerving at high rate of speed in front of 18 wheelers, cutting off cars, narrowly missed getting rear ended by a tractor trailer from left lane, back to right lane, back to left lane across three lanes at once, no signal- everyone laying on the horns, she has one hand holding phone to ear, other one holding a cigarette.
