Asshole Time Warner dude failed to signal at a stoplight. Incident occurred at 1:15 PM in Hubbard, Ohio, on April 22, 2014. The stupid moron was talking on a cellphone while he was driving, too, which is probably not a surprise. The numbers/letters on the van under his license plate are T11929. Fuck you, Time Warner. Teach your stupid ass technicians how to drive. *please note I am not sure about the van model. Whatever Time Warner in Youngstown/Warren uses is what the van is.
