The driver of the dump truck belonging to R&M Grading & Hauling, Inc. of Kennesaw, Georgia performed a creative driving maneuver when his belly got hungry. At the last minute, he made a left turn from the forward lane when he should have done so from the left turning lane. Problem was, there was already a car in the left turning lane. Was that person surprised when the hauler truck turned in front of him without warning. That person happened to be me. The trucker hightailed it to an Arby's close by. His hunger pangs were apparently more important than another person's safety and a possible lawsuit. Fortunately, I got a picture of the truck and its driver. I submitted my account to the administrative assistant to the Vice President of R&M. Not a reply back as yet.
