Luckily, Cedar Avenue wasn't as busy at this time (11:25 am) because this jerk was using it like his own personal rally road going interstate-rate speeds. He raced up on me causing me to change lanes then he changed lanes so I changed lanes again. It was a reckless weaving driving style with his one right wrist dangling over the steering wheel as his left strokes his goatee. Just gross.
