MN HWY 280 sb. 1 PM. 27 NOV 2012. Driver of brown van tailgated every vehicle in front of them, most often within a car-length at highway speeds. Traffic was moderate and free-flowing; this person could have passed easily enough. Each time a vehicle departed the lane in front of the van it was as if a huge vacuum sucked the van right up to the bumper of the next vehicle. You can tell this person drives like this all the time. So dangerous. Even more maddening, there appeared to be a teenager in the front passenger seat. Couldn't tell the gender of the driver.
