Began leaning on the horn about a half block away when I moved out of the bike land to pass another biker. Was under the mistaken impression (and still is) that bikers must remain in the bike lane even when there are obstructions - parked vehicles, bikers, opened car doors, double parked vehicles. This was more irritating because she was so far away when she began leaning on the horn. The speed limit is 25 and it is unlikely that she would have been slowed by me even had she been closer.
