I was at the light, in the left hand turn lane. The left turn light was green. The light you were at was RED! The cars in my lane had the right of way, but I watched you slowly creep into the lane that we were turning into. I watched several cars swerve around you as you continued to creep. As I turned, you looked right at me, and continued to pull into the lane, causing me to stop and wait for you. You are oblivious. Yes, when on the right hand side, you can turn on a red. HOWEVER, you have to yield to traffic. You almost caused several accidents and I am lucky I assumed you were going to be an idiot, otherwise your car would have gotten hit.

I truly think that after age 65 you should be required to test yearly at the doctor to make sure you can still drive properly. I would do it regardless of being required!
