EXTREMELY DANGEROUS DRIVER! Had to swerve violently to avoid. Wife (passenger) was livid when she noticed the female driver texting/using smartphone. After almost hitting us because of distraction/texting, she almost hit another car!!! Younger female/poneytail/dirt blonde or light brown hair. License plate letters "AM" were the small stacked letter format. Last numbers were 2939 or 3929... Can't remember now.... I-97 near Benfield Blvd. If you know this driver/plate number - take away keys or smartphone until until she grows up!!!!
