Not sure the make... it's a black truck.
High off the ground, tiny-penis style.
Large, white, number 4 decal on left side of rear cab window.
Enjoys speeding, tailgating, and repeatedly braking because the person they're tailgating is going too slow (!!!).
This asswipe tailgated me, eventually went around me. But I ended up right behind them as they were trying to take a left turn off the street. There was oncoming traffic, so this person had to wait to turn, so, I honked at them for taking so much time! LOL!
