I was behind this guy all the way from Waterbury to Richmond in the pouring rain, and at no point did he use his blinker to merge. He cut off at least 3 cars (including me), without using a turn signal, and was going from 90mph back down to 60 and then back to 90. Extremely dangerous driver. Exhibit caution! You never know when he is going to stop, slow down, change lanes, or turn...even worse when it's pouring rain. Pathetic driving.
