This guy was driving so slow on the road he had traffic backed up several cars. This is not only a safety hazard, but he could have caused a pile up with his slow driving. If you want to drive a hoopty so slow, then go drive in the country, not in the city limits. These young people need to grow up and learn how to drive for real. Driving 15 MPH in a 25 MPH zone is unacceptable!
