To "Award" a driver, is to say thanks to a driver for showing courtesy and thoughtfulness.

To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

Incident This young female is going to kill someone! Today is not the first time I have seen her driving reckless down 35th Avenue (between Thunderbird Rd. and Peoria Ave. around 7:00am). But, today she tried to side-swipe me because she did not want to slow down behind a garbage truck turning right. I was in the middle lane driving with traffic. The garbage truck she was behind slowed down and put on his turn signal to turn right. At first she attempted to cut off the person in front of me, but she hesitated - then just swung over toward me. I had to swerve left partially into the lane next to me while slamming on my brakes. She proceeded into my lane then cut back into the right lane after the garbage truck. I was so shaken up I was literally shaking. I am not sure how she did not end up hitting the front of my vehicle. I have previously seen this girl a couple times - speeding, cutting people off, not using her signal. She IS going to kill someone!
