To "Award" a driver, is to say thanks to a driver for showing courtesy and thoughtfulness.

To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

Incident They don't give the option to pick a military plate but this one was an Army Retired. I'm sure this was a spouse driving because I would hope that someone who served and protected our country would not be as rude or as dangerous as this woman was. We were traveling on Hwy. 124 in Lithonia headed toward I-20 in 5:30 pm rush hour traffic. I approached the light at Pleasant Hill when the light turned red. I was coming to a stop when she came barreling up behind me and had to do a sharp right to avoid my back bumper. She then proceeded to run the red light and speed on. She got caught at the next light so I was able to catch up, I came up on her right side and she put down all of her windows and started cussing me and holding up a finger. I yelled over at her "that's ok I got your tag". So I got in behind her and at the next light snapped a pic of her Army Retired tag with her bird finger out of the window. I guess her sponsor failed to tell her when she's driving a car with a military plate your a representing our military and should carry yourself accordingly. If this were the actual army retired person maybe you should go back to basic and be taught a little respect.
