Driver decided to wait until the last possible moment to merge so I was forced to run off the road to avoid him. He then decided to slow down and when I passed him he took a pic or video of my car for some reason. Pure ignorance and complete lack of awareness. I called HP about him, but not aware if nything was done.

Next time don't speed up and slow down just to keep me beside you. See you didn't give the whole story. This guy is an idiot, he was trying to make me hit him. And no he didn't run off the road. I was the one that was forced off the road because he wouldn't let me merge. I even slowed down to 10mph and this fool slowed down to match my speed so I couldn't merge. That is why I took the video to send to the SCHP.
