To "Award" a driver, is to say thanks to a driver for showing courtesy and thoughtfulness.

To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

Incident another asshole on the road. this DH turned left from the straight lane... going south on valleyview and then turned east onto charleston. then he almost rearended a bus at a bustop and then pulled back out into the middle lane and i almost creamed him. what a fk nut. next time....i might follow you all the way to work and make sure your car never runs again. ASSHOLE!!!

The official definition of 'wreckless' is "Without causing or suffering a wreck." So, the spelling is correct, it is simply incorrect use of the word 'wreckless', because what the poster is describing is 'reckless driving'.

No, "wreckless" is not even an English word. It does not appear in any of the major dictionaries. "Reckless" is the correct word.
