To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

Incident This stupid latina woman was trying to put on makeup, smoke a cigarette and talk on the phone at the same time. Something that only 12% of women can do and only 27% of the population is intelligent enough to handle. Either way her reaction time in traffic is some of the slowest ive ever seen. Not to mention she would glance in the rearview several times and ignore the fact that she was holding up miles of traffic for her own selfish reasons. She couldnt keep her car between the lines even if she was being followed by INS. I have zero tolerance for lack of intelligence!! especially for these border state illegal drivers.
