The lady in this vehicle was traveling towards downtown New Orleans on the Earhart Expressway in the far right lane. Traffic was backed up in the center and left lanes going up the overpass. Some people were using the far right lane to jump ahead of traffic and barge in before the right lane ends on the overpass. This person barreled past traffic and started to merge, with no signal, over into the right front wheel of the vehicle in front of me and forced them into the left lane so the lady would not hit them. They blew the horn, but the lady kept coming over. Disabled Plate #122734.
