To "Award" a driver, is to say thanks to a driver for showing courtesy and thoughtfulness.

To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

Incident What is with drivers in Seattle who act like they're entitled to change lanes twice to make a turn at the very last second, expecting everyone to bow to your road demands because you're so special and better than everyone else and are allowed to cut others off at will? The intersection is red, cars are stopped, you approach the intersection knowing fully well your left turn is just past the intersection, so what do you do? Switch from the right lane to the left lane in advance to make your upcoming left turn as easily as possible? No, you stay in the right lane, then when traffic starts moving again on green, you drive really slow, backing up the flow of traffic behind you because you're attempting to force your way over into the left lane and then again into the turn lane, cutting off two sets of vehicles in the process.
