I got stuck behind this person this evening while they proceeded to drive 15 mph in a 50 mph zone on dry pavement! Somebody really needs to hang up the driver's license.

If it's one lane each way, and there is heavy oncoming traffic, the poster may not have been able to pass. I have been stuck behind slow jerks myself, and I would have loved to pass and get on with my day, but it wasn't safe for whatever reason. If this person doing 15 MPH couldn't go any faster they should have had their hazards on, and edged over to the right when it was safe to be passed. Like those giant farm machines do when they are on the road. AO
