Like always this idiot wasn't paying attention and didn't realize that the traffic light at 4400 S and Washington BLVD changed. The light use to be a flashing yellow beacon but now is a traffic light. He approached the light which was a solid red color going 50 MPH and never stopped nearly T-Boning a BMW! If you were reading the newspaper you would know that this light was going to be modified to a full traffic light for Southbound traffic and the South Ogden Police Department and UDOT are urging motorists to pay attention. Just because there wasn't a light heading Southbound 4400 S and Washington yesterday doesn't mean there isn't one today! Next time pay attention to your surroundings! A solid red always means stop and new traffic lights pop up often so pay attention.

I bet you were chasing him again and distracted him.

Brave of you to show back up since you got caught using another user name and impersonating a USMC spouse to try to get others to trust your version of things.

Who are you going to pose as now, an off duty police officer? Please do, I'd love to see the results.

How did you see him once again commit a violation? Were you following him (stalking him)? Did you distract his attention by honking at him and flashing your headlights? I seen someone this morning nearly hit the car in front of him because he didn't realize there is now a traffic light for SB traffic but the car in front of him did and stopped for the red light. UDOT didn't give much warning of this change. They announced a light will be installed at Washington and Laker Way but didn't mention the changes they planned for this intersection. A lot of other drivers will probably do the same since they aren't use to a light for SB traffic at this intersection. UDOT should have had the lights up and turned off for a few days instead of instantly installing them and turning them on.

I drove through this intersection for the first time today and the only thing the traffic light is doing is changing from green, yellow, and red every few seconds. I was at a store when I nearly witnessed the accident. Even if he went through the red light, the left turners still have a lane to pull into instead of pulling into left travel lane. How did he manage to nearly hit the BMW? It looks like for now UDOT has this light on to warn motorists that eventually there will be a traffic light for sb traffic.
