As I were driving to Great Falls southbound on I15 this morning, I saw a pickup ahead towing a flat bed trailer. As I was slowly gaining on him, I saw something fly off the trailer onto the road. I changed lanes to avoid the debris and saw that it was a piece of aluminum approximately 5-6 feet long, about 4 inches wide. (looked like it was either a flattened piece of rain gutter or some aluminum trim). When the debris flew off the trailer, I saw his brake lights momentarily come on, but he didn't stop. As I passed him, I pointed back at the debris, but he kept on going. I thought he was going to take the Vaughn exit and loop back to pick it up, but he didn't. If anybody ran over that piece of aluminum and got a flat and reads this, now you have the license number of the responsible person!
