I was waiting for some friends to go eat pizza and I saw this mustang pull up and park in the handicap parking spot. The driver got out and proceeded to the door. I told him that he should not be parking there. He said his girlfriend is blind. However I did not see a handicap parking sticker anyplace and his girlfriend did not get out of the car. There was a couple of parking spots close to where he parked. No handicap sticker, no parking in handicap spots.

Love how some folks just make up their own laws as they go! GF, not wife or family member -- no way he could get the sticker anyway. But then, he does qualify for the handicapped parking anyway -- driving w/o a working brain.
