Traveling north on I-540 near Lowell, this punk kid is on my tail no more than a car length back. I'm doing 75-80 already in a 70 zone in the fast lane and following behind several cars that are also steadily doing the same. He pulls over into the slow lane and and I'm thinking "Finally this guy is off my ass and must be getting off at the next exit because he surely isn't going to try to squeeze between me and the semi trailer he's fast approaching in his lane." Not so lucky. He gets right up on the semi's tail and begins trying to merge back in front of me. I lay on the horn and he just keeps coming. Doesn't even look in a mirror or at me who, at this point, can see straight across into his back side window because he has not cleared my front end yet! I just keep laying on my horn but back off (as I'm heading toward the shoulder) because I'm obviously just in this jerk's way on *his* road. I've kept this clean but it doesn't come close to expressing my frustration and anger about this incident or about incompetent drivers like this. Plus there were at least two innocent potential victims in the car with him.
