Friday afternoon, westbound on I 94, came into a 35 mph construction zone doing 85 mph, left skids marks trying to stop for flagman. He also passed me in a "No Passing Zone" in a construction zone. (DO NOT PASS signs located 1 mile before lane closed)

After the constuction zone ended he had to be travelling at 85 mph or better. He disappeared within 5 miles.

I googled the company with no results.

What he doesn't realize is that speeding fines are $100 per mile per hour over the limit, doubled in consrtuction zones, 15 mph over the limit is wreckless driving, 90 day suspention on the spot, $500 fine plus speeding fine. In a commercial vehicle, like he was driving, it is a one year suspention, $1500 fine, two year supervision.

I believe he will be getting a ticket for this because there was a picture-radar machine at the beginning of the construction zone, it read 85 mph when he passed it. It had a large readout that could be seen several hundred feet away, along with red, white and blue blinking lights on top. It stayed blinking untill I got within two hundred feet away, then it read my speed 35 mph.
