9:11am on Wednesday, August 8: Driver was doing estimated 80-85 mph heading EB I-80 near the split. He also made a couple of unsignaled lane changes at that speed. Before I knew it, I was passed by a CHP motorcycle officer with his red and blues flashing... the officer got right behind this guy and pulled him over. Too often I ask, "Where's CHP when you need them?" Today, I got my answer.
